Parcel shipping

Parcel-suitable items are delivered to the delivery address you provide. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse.

Freight forwarding for heavy goods

Lawn tractors, ride-on mowers and other heavy equipment are delivered kerbside by a freight forwarder. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. The forwarder will call you in advance to arrange a delivery appointment – please provide a reachable phone number for this purpose.

Kerbside delivery means the goods are delivered to the boundary of your property. Transport into the house, into the garden or to an upper floor is not part of the delivery. Please arrange for help unloading heavy machinery.

Whether an item is shipped as parcel or freight goods is determined automatically from the product data (e.g. weight and product type) – this information is also shown on the respective product page.

Delivery time

The delivery time stated on the product page applies from acceptance of the order or, in the case of prepayment, from receipt of payment. Orders with several items may arrive as partial deliveries; this does not incur additional costs.
