How current are prices and availability?
Prices and stock levels are updated continuously. The date of the last update is shown on every product page.
Can I order items from several vendors together?
Yes. You order centrally through one shopping cart. The order is then assigned to the relevant vendors; delivery may arrive in several parcels.
When do I receive the payment details?
For prepayment, we send the bank details with the order confirmation as soon as the order has been internally approved and assigned to a vendor.
Are net prices available for business customers?
Yes. Registered and approved trade accounts and business customers see net prices after signing in. Approval is granted manually after a review.
