How current are prices and availability?
We maintain prices and availability regularly. The details shown in the cart and in the order confirmation are binding.
Can I order several items together?
Yes. You order everything through a single cart. Depending on the item we ship by parcel or freight forwarder, so delivery may arrive in several shipments.
When do I receive the payment details?
For prepayment we send the bank details with the order confirmation once we have checked and accepted your order. You will also find them in your customer account.
Are net prices available for business customers?
Yes. Approved business customers see net prices plus statutory VAT after signing in. Business accounts purchase only; they do not sell through the shop.
