To process your order we handle inventory, contact and contract data (name, address, email address, order content). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. To carry out delivery, we pass on the necessary data to the commissioned parcel or freight service provider.

The shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so that your selection is retained for your next visit. No personal data is transmitted to us in this process.

For trade accounts we process company and contact data as well as information required for the approval check. Bank details are only processed after approval and separately from the catalogue.

We store data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods (generally six or ten years under commercial and tax law).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna.

The website is hosted by a service provider within the EU; server log data (IP address, time, page accessed) is processed to ensure operation. Account and order data is stored in our shop database within the EU. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all service providers.
