Please register your return in advance by email to service@meingartenportal.de, stating your order number. You will then receive a return confirmation.

In the case of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For freight goods these costs may be higher depending on weight and distance; we will let you know the expected amount before collection.

For defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we cover the full cost of the return.

All items are covered by the statutory two-year warranty from the date of handover. Please briefly describe the defect and attach photos – this speeds up processing.

Additional manufacturer guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and do not limit your statutory rights.

Items marked "Used / demo unit" have been inspected and are functional. Described signs of use do not constitute a defect; statutory rights remain unaffected.
