Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed via meingartenportal.de. The contracting party is Wundergarten e.U..

1. Scope and contracting party

The operator of the online shop and seller is Wundergarten e.U., Matznergasse 9/Top 1a, 1140 Wien, Österreich, FN 414330 i, VAT ID ATU68911449, email service@meingartenportal.de.

Wundergarten e.U. is the contracting party, invoice issuer and payment recipient. Deviating terms of the customer only apply if we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept the order and send you the order confirmation. Payment details only appear in your customer account after acceptance.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping is free of charge. Approved business customers additionally see net prices in the trade account.

For payment by bank transfer we grant a 3% discount on the goods value; the discount is shown separately at checkout and on the invoice. Further payment methods can be found on the Payment methods page.

4. Delivery

We deliver to all 27 member states of the European Union – shipping is free of charge to every one of them, with no island or remote-area surcharges. Parcel-suitable goods are delivered to the delivery address (5–10 business days); heavy goods are delivered kerbside by a freight forwarder with a prior telephone appointment call (7–14 business days). Whether an item is shipped as parcel or freight goods is determined automatically from the product data. Delivery time information is non-binding unless expressly stated as binding.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence we are liable only in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the Withdrawal Policy.

8. Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for transactions with businesses is Vienna. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
